How can therapy help? 

Therapy is a way for us to spend time with our emotions, our thoughts... everything going on inside our heads, hearts, and guts to try to figure out what the heck is going on. Easy? Nope!

That said, it is "worth its weight in latinum!" Hey, the Ferengi have a way with words sometimes.
